Let's make something!peter blake collaboration with rachel craddock. this stencil became a series of 3 t-shirts surrounding the theme of creativity. nice clean graphics and everyone can relate to these objects. another image by peter blake. screen printed/2 layers. first layer is in black ink and describes what would happen if he never had any motivation then another layer is added over the top of this and says the opposite. describing what he has achieved etc....the gloss layer is invisible unless it catches the light, which is metaphor for the endeavor to see our dreams become reality.i like this piece and is so true to life!!! yet another image from peter blake i like the use type from the punched holes from the paper. simple device but is really effective.
